Welcome

Run by Indie our qualified kundalini yoga instructor we offer a mix of yoga based sessions from breathwork and full body workouts to sound baths, all included with the membership.

We also run a mixture of art based sessions with our artist Megan. As part of our membership you'll have access too things such as creative kids play, keep sake workshops as well as sessions targeted for the adults.

We also host a mix of socials as part of your membership. This could be walks and outings to local places, coffee mornings and specialised support groups.

We want to use our village to help support small businesses. Exclusively for our members we offer advertising and networking opportunities to help grow and expand your businesses.
